Form\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Approche Centr\u00e9e sur la Personne (Carl Rogers) et \u00e0 la Communication Non Violente (CNV), j\u2019interviens r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement aupr\u00e8s de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019Entraide et d\u2019Action et d’Accompagnement Psychologique (SEDAP), aupr\u00e8s de Sant\u00e9 Mentale France<\/a> et au sein du programme\u00a0 \u00ab Discrimination, Violences, Sant\u00e9\u00a0<\/a>\u00bb port\u00e9 par l’association Le Mas<\/a>\u00a0 autour du dispositif \u00ab Sentinelles et r\u00e9f\u00e9rents \u00bb d\u2019 Eric Verdier<\/a>.<\/p>

Mes interventions se d\u00e9roulent au sein de lieux et publics vari\u00e9s : \u00e9coles primaires, coll\u00e8ges, lyc\u00e9es, universit\u00e9s, f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives, entreprises et collectivit\u00e9s territoriales.<\/p>

Ces interventions portent sur les ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de violences et de discriminations, sur leurs impacts directs et indirects sur la sant\u00e9 physique et mentale des protagonistes et de leurs entourages, et des processus de r\u00e9paration\u00a0 (Gestions de conflits et Justice restaurative).<\/p>

Accr\u00e9dit\u00e9 PSSM France<\/a> depuis 2020, j’anime aussi r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des sessions de formations de secouristes en Sant\u00e9 mentale \u00ab\u00a0standard\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0Jeunes\u00a0\u00bb. A l’instar des premiers secours physiques, les Premiers Secours en Sant\u00e9 Mentale constituent l’aide qui est apport\u00e9e \u00e0 une personne qui subit le d\u00e9but d’un trouble de sant\u00e9 mentale, une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration d’un trouble de sant\u00e9 mentale, ou qui est dans une phase de crise de sant\u00e9 mentale. Les premiers secours sont donn\u00e9s jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu’une aide professionnelle puisse \u00eatre apport\u00e9e ou jusqu’\u00e0 ce que la crise soit r\u00e9solue.<\/p>

La formation apprend comment fournir un soutien initial aux personnes qui subissent le d\u00e9but de troubles de sant\u00e9 mentale. Ces sessions donnent les comp\u00e9tences, connaissances et attitudes n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9tecter pr\u00e9cocement le d\u00e9veloppement de trouble(s) psychique(s) d’une personne afin d’\u00eatre en capacit\u00e9 de lui apporter des premiers secours.<\/p>

Dans un contexte soci\u00e9tal de minimisation et de stigmatisation des troubles psychiques, se former aux premiers secours en sant\u00e9 mentale s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche citoyenne.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
